• Enquiry forms: name, phone, email, company, designation, city, project details, event date and, if you choose to share it, a budget range.
• Careers and internships: résumé, portfolio or showreel links, experience, city and, for applicants under 18, a parent or guardian's name and phone.
• Talent and model registration: photos, showreel or Instagram links, languages and, for models, height and measurements; for influencers, platform and follower count.
• Designer, business and manufacturer enquiries: label or company name, website, lookbook or catalogue, and what you offer or need.
• Course, booking and event enquiries: name, contact details, course, service or event of interest, number of guests, preferred dates and, for event invitations, whether you are getting married or are related to a couple who is.
• Automatically: device and browser type, approximate location, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies if you allow them (see the Cookie Notice).

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes or proposals.
• To review applications for jobs, internships, representation, runway participation and partnerships.
• To manage courses and bookings.
• To keep our website working and to understand how it is used, if you allow analytics cookies.

We collect and use your personal data with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on a form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@blacklinus.com. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before you withdrew.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must provide their details and consent before you submit a form. We do not directly track people under 18. However, the advertising and analytics tools we use (such as Meta, Pinterest, Google, Tumblr and X) may collect information from visitors of any age, including people under 18. Please check their privacy policies.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• our own team, who need it to respond to you;
• service providers who help us run the site and email, such as our website host DreamHost and our email provider Google;
• analytics and advertising tools (Google, Meta, X, Pinterest and Tumblr), which run only if you accept the relevant cookies;
• brands, clients or casting teams, for talent and model profiles, only with your permission;
• providers of spam protection (captcha) and embedded content, such as YouTube, Vimeo and Google Maps, which run only as described in the Cookie Notice.

Some providers may store data outside India.

We keep enquiries for 12 months, résumés for 12 months, and talent and model profiles for 24 months or until you ask us to remove them. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including access limits on our inboxes. No online system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information we have not asked for.

You may ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct or update it;
• erase it;
• withdraw your consent;
• name another person to exercise your rights on your behalf.
